Terms & Conditions
You cannot change or cancel Your order as the Blinds You have ordered are manufactured, measured and custom-made to Your requirements or specifications as these Blinds will not be resellable by Us.
We regret that once Your order has been accepted by Us in relation to such Blinds and entered on Our manufacturing process We are unable to accept any changes to these Goods or cancellation of Your order.
If the Goods or the fabric You order are out of stock, We will notify You as soon as possible with a new date for fitting or return back to You to choose a suitable replacement.
Quality Blinds Ltd warrants that all Blinds sold to You will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from fitting of the Blinds to You. All our installations carry a 36 month warranty.
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Blinds You have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to Blinds delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
A deposit of up to 50% of the total cost is payable by You to Us at time of placing Your order. The balance is payable on completion of installation of Your ordered Blinds.
